cannot reply mail from my Wii Friend

Dear Wii Brother,

I can add my Wii friend in my Wii friend address book.  When I received the mail from my friend, I cannot reply to him.  Please help me to solve it.  FYI, my internet connection is ok (ie Wii Weather and News are work!)
